Underground Outage Another fault in an underground power line caused a power outage early Monday, affecting much of the downtown area.
The fault occurred at 9:44 a.m., killing power to Jamestown Board of Public Utilities customers from Brooklyn Square all the way up to Sixth Street, and from The Post-Journal to as far east as Jamestown High School.
